Obituary for Debra Mary Firth

Debra Mary Firth, 59 of Glendale, received her angel wings on December 2, 2018. Debra was born on July 17, 1959 to Wallace and Evelyn Firth in Longview, Washington.

She attended Longview schools until 1969 when they moved to Phoenix, Arizona for her father’s health. She graduated from Cortez High School in Phoenix in 1978. She married and had three children, and eight grandchildren.

She loved going to the beach in Washington and to play in the snow on Mt. St. Helens. She was a strong person for going through a vast amount of health problems.

Debra was preceded in death by her father Wallace Firth and nephew Michael E. Firth. She leaves behind her mother Evelyn Firth, 3 children; Holly Mendoza, Melissa Smith and Daniel Smith, 8 grandchildren; Isaac Smith, Cameron Anderson, Jakob Smith, Alyssa Mendoza, Madison Smith, Evey Smith, Ava Mendoza and Jason Mendoza, 3 brothers; Greg Firth and Mike Firth of Kelso, Washington and Dan Firth of Ilwaco, Washington, sister Susan McIntyre of Longview, Washington, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Debra will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
A small Celebration of Debra’s life will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, December 7, 2018 at LifeStream at Thunderbird, 13617 N. 55th Ave., Glendale. Later in December there will be big Celebration of her life held. Details to be announced.
